Pak 38, 50 mm Anti Tank Gun

Capable of penetrating 120mm of armour at 500 m, the 50mm Pak 38 was only introduced in numbers after the German invasion of Russia had got underway. At this time it was the only anti tank weapon that could deal with the new T34 tanks being fielded in increasing numbers. Pithead have produced dedicated anti tank gun crews to accompany these models.

Pak 40, 75 mm Anti Tank Gun

By 1942 when this gun came into general service, heavier Russian tanks were making life more difficult for German anti tank units. The 75mm Pak 40 was capable of penetrating 154mm of armour at a range of 1000m, and became the mainstay anti tank weapon right up to the end of the war.

Fallschirmjager participated in many famous battles including the coup de main �of fort Eben Emael and airdrops on Norway, Holland and Denmark. Their� most famous operation was the battle of Crete in 1941 where the entire 7th division took part in the costly seizure of the island.
