Pithead miniatures produce a range of metal models for WW2. The models are 1/150 scale and the figures are around 11.5 mm tall making them compatible with most other 10mm /12mm manufactures out there.
Pitheads policy is to fill the gaps left by other 10mm manufactures as well as producing a parallel range of its own and to this end welcomes suggestions for new subjects from both new and established customers.
To those unfamiliar with Pithead products we are a new company with a fast expanding range. Pithead has a policy of producing unusual models and periods and have plans to do more of the same in 2009. In 2008 we made the first Polish range in 10mm and this will not be just a token range as it is still expanding and we have plans to make it a complete range along with the French army in the coming year.
We will probably never make a Tiger II but we will go on expanding into the niche combatant ranges like the Belgiums, French, Poles, Spanish Civil War, Hungarians , Finnish winter war. Nationalist Chinese, early Japanese of 1937 Shanghai , the BEF and the Greek and Rumanian armies.
