American infantry figures come in 15 different positions to add variety to your figure stands. These miniatures represent US infantrymen fighting in Africa , Italy and North West Europe from 1943 - 1945. US soldiers were equipped with a variety of weapons including the Garand automatic rifle, Thompson SMG, Browning BAR light machine gun, and Carbines.

American 81 mm mortar

The US 81mm mortar platoon provided the infantry battalion with its real firepower. The six 81mm mortars in the platoon were organised into 3 sections and the mortars were transported in trailers towed by Jeeps.

American 57 mm AT-gun

The 57mm anti tank gun was the standard US anti tank weapon, 3 of these weapons were issued to the battalions anti tank platoon. The 57mm gun was essentially the same weapon as the British 6lb gun but it had a U.S. designed traverse mechanism and no muzzle brake was fitted.
